Install the Abus CO2 detector AirSecure and prevent discomfort, headaches and excessive aerosols in the room.

With this AirSecure CO2 detector, you don't give bad air a chance! This also prevents the possible consequences of a too high carbon dioxide concentration, such as headache, nausea, general malaise, irritated mucous membranes or a strongly increased aerosol content in the breathing air. The latter can, for example, lead to an increased risk of infection within the room.

The ABUS C2 AirSecure reliably warns of increased CO2 concentrations, but also measures the temperature and humidity in indoor spaces. The sensor has a service life of ten years. The AirSecure can be mounted on the wall as well as mobile placed on chests of drawers, tables and the like. In addition to the large OLED display, an LED color display and an acoustic alarm are integrated.

The integrated battery serves as an 'emergency' battery and lasts approximately 24 hours. It is best to connect the CO2 detector to mains voltage using the supplied charger. This also keeps the screen active. It is possible to set an alarm from a certain ppm but can also be switched off so that you only have the color identification as a starting point.

A CO2 detector is mandatory in the classroom and catering. The CO2 content is expressed in PPM (Parts per million). In accordance with regulations, good quality indoor air contains less than 0.1 volume % CO2 (1000 ppm). The limit value is 0.12 vol % (1200 ppm ). It is therefore best to ensure that the ppm value remains below 1000.
