Milling jigs are often very expensive. Certainly if you only need this once.
Deurklinkenshop now has the ideal solution for this!
You can rent a milling mold from us for only € 30 (incl. VAT).
How does this work exactly?
You first pay the full cost of the milling jig (€ 242 incl. VAT) as a guarantee.
You will receive 1 wooden mold with 4 metal inserts (2 for the door leaf and 2 for the post) together with a free return label.
When all 3D hinges have been milled, send everything back together with the free return label.
If all parts are returned complete and undamaged, you will receive € 212 back on your bill.
Please note: It is best to have the milling performed by someone who knows something about it.
You will need the following material for milling:
- a router with a 27 mm running ring
- a cutter of 16mm
Please note: it concerns 1 milling jig with 4 insert plates.
You therefore have to mill each 3D hinge separately.
With the milling jig you will receive a manual in which every step is explained.
