Intersteel Hinge 130x30 mm zinc alloy – black 3D adjustable

Make your door part of the interior with the invisible door hinges from Intersteel. This concealed hinge is fully integrated into the door, making it invisible when the door is closed. This creates a sleek look in your interior.

This hinge is made of zinc alloy and afterwards provided with a matt black coating. The cover plates are made of steel and then coated in matt black. The hinge has a size of 130x30mm and is suitable for doors with a minimum door thickness of 35 – 45 mm.

It is of high quality and has been tested for intensive use: 200,000 opening and closing movements. In addition, this hinge is fire retardant for 30 minutes. Finally, this hinge is supplied per piece including mounting material.

This hinge is self-lubricating, which means that you have no maintenance on this hinge.

This hinge is 3D adjustable. This means that you can adjust the hinge vertically, horizontally and in depth. This ensures accurate installation and you can easily adjust them when you hang the door. For doors with a height of 2115 mm, we recommend to use three hinges and doors with a height of 2315 mm to use four hinges. For doors weighing up to 50 kg we recommend two hinges and three hinges up to a weight of 70 kg.
